Madison teaches intuitive meditation, subtle power yoga, and acro-yoga. Her classes offer many variations and are suitable for all levels of practitioners. Yoga with Madison is centered around intention and presence in the body. She seeks to share all of the yoga tools and micro adjustments you need to get the most out of your yoga experience.
Subtle Power Yoga is an all-body adaptive yoga class that allows you to explore movement safely with confidence. You'll focus on intentional breathing in each posture and listen closely to your body to tailor a yoga experience unique to you each time you do a class. Madison guides and you decide how in depth you want to go that day.
