Journaling is an effective and creative way of observing and working through your mental challanges.
I've designed this journal after writing daily for almost 2 years. I got tired of formatting my perfect entry and keeping it organized. A Year Of Intention has prompts for starting, or reflecting on, your day and month. Asking quality questions to myself and observing how I've changed has allowed me so much space for gratitude, patience, and love for myself. I hope that you find that space for yourself too.
