There are so many ways to meditate...in fact there isn't really a wrong way. Here are a few popular methods for meditation;
Bring your awareness next to your shoulders and back...send your breath to the parts holding tension. Next bring your attention to your tummy and digestive system, send your healing breath here. Become aware of your pelvic floor and breathe love into it. Bring attention to the legs and release any tension. Finally think of just your fingers and toes...squeeze and release them. This practice will bring you into your body and mind as well as into the present moment.
