Need some inspo to start your mornings mindfully?
Strive to do these things in the same order, every single morning. If possible, rise with the sun and start the day lightly with the emerging warmth and brightness that it brings.
1. water in
Drink (nay, chug!) a glass of water or hot green tea (maybe one of each) - re hydrating after what was hopefully many hours of much needed rest
2. water out & hygiene
Take a pee, brush teeth, wash face
Taking 5 to 10 minutes to create space for all opportunity the day will bring, including challenges to be faced
Food for thought, reading each current book for 5 minutes in the morning boosts energy and prepares the intellectual body for a successful day ahead
It could be 10 minutes or 90, moving the body warms up the fascia, increases flexibility (in mind and body), can help prevent potential injuries, and works out any tension that has built up from the day prior

Take a few to reflect on yesterday and write down an affirmation you need today
